He was the only one for me
A troubled marriage. A one week hall pass.
But then… she makes an unexpected discovery, and it shakes her perfect world to its core. Rules don’t apply anymore. An arrangement is made, and her husband gives her just one week with Eli. The rules are clear: One week. Sex only. No contact thereafter. Seems simple enough, but it’s never simple when it comes to love.
“Roya Carmen’s storytelling captures you and makes you want to be part of that world. This book hooked me from the beginning; I couldn’t put it down and got to the end thinking “but I want more!” – A Book Lover’s Emporium
“As soon as I saw the blurb I knew I needed to read thisbook. It’s not an easy read, it might shake you a little, but it’s worth it.” – The Bookery Review
“You are the Queen of theforbidden. I loved this story. It captivated me from the beginning…” – Geneva (reader)
One Week is a story your either going to love or hate. Roya can definitely bring out some very strong feelings with her work. I was impressed by her writing as this is the first book I have had the chance to read from her.
Gabby was hard for me to draw close to but still understand the feelings she was dealing with. I can only image the question going through her mind. Eli is just hot. You’re going to love him.
All around great read for me. This did take a little time to get in to the story but worth the time put in.

Wow just wow. I am always blown away by Binks’ talent. I’ve followed Bink from the start and have yet to find a book that she writes that I don’t love. This woman has true art of writing and engaging her audience. There is never a boring moment when it comes to Bink.
Hoplessly Devoted is amazing. You are taken back in to the wild and crazy life of Ryker and Kat. Let me tell you just when you think these two are going to get a break something comes up to test their abilities. Kat is an amazing touching person that you wish everyone would strive to be. She has a true heart of gold even when she should have one that is as black as coal. Ryker is always in some mess, this seems to follow him all the time and let me tell you it makes for some pretty fun and intents moments.
Hope we get to re-visit these two in the future. Love this series, this will be a must reread!!!
“This book has you holding yourself, rocking, and falling in love whether you want to or not!!” – Natalie, Goodreads Reviewer.
“Holy effing mind eff of the freaking year!!! T.L. Smith is a newer author to me but I have found that her twisted new adult dark romances are unique and right up my alley. There is no way to know what is going on in her stories, even when you are positive you have it figure out Smith throws in another twist and messes with your head even more.” – Up All Night With Books
“Ms Smith has once again floored me. this is part one of a duet and wow am I captivated and sitting on the edge of my seat for the second one.” – Reading with 2 book lovers.
“I really want to start this review with 10 swear words, but I gotta keep it classy right? Also, this was my first TL. Smith read, and I am officially addicted. Oh man, this book was dark and unsettling, but more importantly – original. This book is so full of angst that it will make your heart go crazy as you read it.” – The Reading Cat.
I just can’t seem to get enough of Alexis work. Every time I pick one of her books up it’s an amazing experience. You are always guaranteed to have an emotional time. I love the time she puts in to making sure you feel everything you can in her books. You will get this and so much more with Torn.
Storm and Rebecca are just made for each other. At least this is how Storm feels once he has laid eyes on Rebecca. The question you have to ask can they get out of their own heads and make this work.
Over all a great read!!!
Alexis Noelle lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with three kids. On top a writing career, she is a full-time student and a full-time mom. She loves spending time with her kids, although she has to hide the computer from them when she is writing! She love being active and being outdoors, especially if it involves any kind of shopping.
She has always been passionate about writing. She loves to read romance books and feels like being able to lose yourself in a book is one of the more exciting aspects. The books she loves to read and write will be ones that make you feel for the characters. Ashley believes that you should have an opinion on every character in a book whether you love them, hate them, or think they are up to something. She also believes that the most important critic is your reader, so she loves to hear from the readers. She want her fans to be open & talk to her about what they want for the characters in the story, and what they would like to see happen.
