Cleo Scornavacca

 

 

Cleo Scornavacca is a wife, mom & a true “Jersey Girl”. She was born and raised in NJ and still resides in the Garden State.

In 2012, Cleo began writing Miss Taken (book one in the Miss Taken Identity Series). Miss Taken was published in 2013 and Identity (book two in the series) in 2014. The Ties That Bind is the final novel in the series.

In addition, Cleo is working several other titles for 2016. Within Six Months is one of four standalones in the new Wild Roses Series, which will feature the secondary characters from Miss Taken Identity.

Cleo is a member of RWA and NJRW

When she is not writing, she is spending time with her family, friends and her Dobie, Brayden. Cleo enjoys reading romance novels, books about Italy, listening to 80’s metal bands, watching movies from Hollywood’s Golden Age and of course, squishing her feet in the sand down at the Jersey Shore every chances she gets.

In 2012, Cleo began writing Miss Taken (book one in the Miss Taken Identity Series). Miss Taken was published in 2013 and Identity (book two in the series) in 2014. She is currently working on several projects, including The Ties That Bind, book three and the final installment in the Miss Taken Identity series. The Ties That Bind will be published the end of 2015/beginning of 2016.

This Beautiful Escape is an anthology that will be published in November of 2015. Cleo is honored to be part of this project. All of the proceeds for This Beautiful Escape will go to the Ataxia Awareness Fund, Canada.

In addition, Cleo is working several other titles for the coming year. Within Six Months is one of four standalones that will feature the secondary characters from the Miss Taken Identity Series and their stories.

Club Paradise and The House on Leighton Avenue are two additional titles that she is working on for 2016/2017.

Cleo loves bringing stories and characters that will make you laugh, cry, love, hate and maybe become slightly crazy about. Let’s face it, we can all use some crazy now and then. As far back as I can remember, I’ve loved books. I love reading them and finally, I’ve admitted to myself that I love to write them.

Since the day I started to write Rain and Dominick’s story, I’ve never looked back, nor do I regret one single moment of it.

When I write, much of the time the story plays in my head as a movie and sometimes even includes background music. We can all use a little background music.

I try to add elements of things I love. And share them with the readers. I’ll continue to create characters and stories that you can laugh, cry, love, hate and even become slightly crazy about.

Let’s face it, we can all use some crazy every now and then.
